General Information

Prices All our prices are in US Dollars and shipped from North Hollywood, CA. All prices include one color, one location imprint, plus applicable $50.00c set-up charge (unless stated otherwise). Prices are subject to change without any prior notice. LTM charge of $75.00c will apply to all orders with lower then listed minimum quantities. Please contact factory for all quotations. Imprints Products are pad printed, laser engraved or computer generated imprints. Some products will require Laser Engraving at addition $0.40c each, plus applicable $50.00c set-up fee. Laser Engrave process is highly recommended on all Aluminum and/or Metal products. If additional colors and/or locations of imprints are needed, please add $0.50c running charge, plus applicable $50.00c set-up fee(s). Some items are limited to only on color/one location imprint, but most items can be produced with multi-color imprints. Four color process is available for all Epoxy Labeled imprints at additional $0.19c each, plus applicable $85.00c set-up fee. Four color process is available for some products produced overseas, please contact factory for more details on imprint colors. Artwork All printed orders must have camera ready artwork for best quality printing. Artworks must be emailed to Atlantis Art Dept. to expedite orders, we are PC based. All artwork files should be in eps, ai, pdf, or cdr formats with 600 dpi minimum. If any artwork will require minor changes, touch-ups or typesetting, please add $35.00c or call for quotation. PMS Matching Atlantis Time-Line can only get as close as possible to PMS Matching without any extra PMS Charge. For Exact Matching of PMS colors on all imprinting methods, please call our customer service team for pricing and availability. Gold or Silver Imprint or background colors for epoxy labeled imprints, please add $0.99c. Pre-Production Proofs We recommend pre-production proofs on all imprinted orders to insure your order will be produced exactly as you have requested them. Pre-Production proofs (if requested) can be produced in 1-3 days for most domestic production orders, please add unit cost + freight to ship (does not qualify for prepaid freight). Most overseas production proofs can be produced within 6-9 days by email. If actual sample is needed, please add $125.00c for overseas freight charges or provide your UPS/Fed-Ex account number for this service. Please allow 3-5 days transit time. Repeat Orders No set-up charges for all exact repeats. Any change on imprint from previous order, new set-up will apply. Random Samples Some random or blank samples can be offered free of charge (under $3.00c), but customer must provide shipper account number (prepaid freight does not quality). All other samples (above $3.00c) will be charged at current price, with customer shipper account. Packaging Most items are individually gift boxed and some products are individually poly bagged. Please refer to each individual item for details. Custom packaging is available for larger quantity orders, when manufactured overseas. Please contact factory for more details. Batteries Most products are prepackaged with batteries, however, some products are priced without batteries. Button cell, AA or AAA batteries are available for most items at additional costs, please contact factory for details. Drop Shipments Please add $10.00c for each additional drop shipment location. Over and Under Runs Every effort will be taken to ship exact required quantities, however, on all imprinted orders, Atlantis reserves the right to ship up to 5% over or under required order quantities and added to Invoices. Production Time Most imprinted orders, for average quantities, are produced in 3-7 days. Some products/orders will require longer delivery times. If deadline delivery is required, please clearly mark in hands date along with exact ship method on all orders. Rush charges may apply, please contact factory for quotation. Overseas orders require 6-8 weeks delivery time, after pre-production proof approval. Terms Net 30 days for all pre-approved and established credit line customers. All new customers are required to provide at least 3 trade credit references, and hold prepaid terms on first orders by Visa, Master Card or company check. If any account fails to meet these terms, pre-approved credit line will be re-evaluated and new terms will be enforced. Custom Sourcing We offer custom sourcing for many products which are not shown in our catalog or website. Please contact factory with item description and photos to have our experienced research team provide all pricing and delivery details within 24-48 hours. Photography Most logos used are for illustration purposes only and do not imply endorsement. No items with specific logos are for sale to anyone other than the parties expressly authorized by the owner of such design. All custom made products are copyrighted and will not be duplicated for anyone other than rightful owner of specific design. All item colors maybe slightly off due to photography and printing process. We recommend ordering actual samples to insure your approvals. Cancellations / Return of Goods All cancellations are subject to a fee and all charges will be calculated for work in process up to cancellation point. Only unmerited merchandise may be returned with prior written authorization from factory. All returns must be pre-paid and authorized for Ground Service Only if factory shipper account is used. All returns are subject to $25.00c processing fee, plus 15% re-stocking fee.
