Art work

All imprinted orders, must have camera ready art-work, in black and white. All e-mailed art must be approved by Atlantis art staff, prior to order ship date conformation.

For all multi color imprinted orders, art-work must be color separated to size. Orders without camera ready art-work, are subject to art charges of $50.00(c) per hour. Atlantis art staff will quote these charges, prior to order conformation.

For straight line type settings or minor touch-up's, please add $30.00(c) Laser printed artwork of 1200 dpi or higher, is acceptable.

E-mailed Black and White Artwork can be BMP, Photoshop EPS, JPEG, GIF, PICT or TIFF PC format.

Digital art must be MAC, or PC format, if saved properly.

Imprint

All products and prices include one-color imprint, plus one-time $50.00c setup fee. If additional colors or locations of imprints are needed, please add $0.50c each, plus additional setup to all domestic production orders.

Most items can be produced overseas with Multi-Color Offset imprints at no additional cost. However, larger quantities are needed for all overseas produced orders. Please call factory with your specific needs.

Multi-Color Offset imprints are limited for some items. Please call factory with your specific item and imprint details for advance quotation.

Laser Engraving

Laser Engraving is available for most items at additional $0.50c each, plus $50.00c setup fee. Please add additional 1-2 weeks for all Laser engraved orders.

Automatic oxidization of Black color is limited to some items. Most Laser engraved image outcome is in White color. Please call factory for all Laser engraving appearance effects, and any other additional specific requested details.

Some items can be produced overseas with laser engraved logos at no additional cost!

Preproduction Proofs

Preproduction proofs can be produced in 2-5 days for most domestic production orders. Digital photo by e-mail and/or actual sample shipping can be accomplished at additional cost of $30.00c.

Most overseas production proofs can be produced in 2-3 weeks and e-mailed when ready.

If actual proof sample is needed, please add $125.00c for overseas freight charges, or provide your UPS or FedEx account number for this service.

Production Time

Normal production time is 3-5 days, depending on the quantities of the order for all credit established accounts.

All overseas production orders, ETA will be provided when confirming an order. Customs delays must be accepted by the customer.

All orders are acknowledged automatically.

Shipping

All shipments are FOB North Hollywood, California. All orders must have ship date and in hands date, clearly marked.

All handling and shipping charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice. All orders will be shipped by UPS or Postal Service, unless otherwise specified on each order.

FedEx, DHL, Airborne or other carriers, customer must provide an account number for direct billing. All samples will be shipped by postal service, unless otherwise specified.

All overseas shipments, please add $75.00(c) documentation fee.

Billing

Normal terms are net 30 days, for credit established accounts. All others must submit pre-payments with orders. All payments must be in US funds. Atlantis will accept most credit cards for all payments.

Special discounted terms are available for open credit established customers. Please contact factory for all special terms.

All past due accounts will be subject to collections, and all associated costs.

Cancellations

All cancellations are subject to a fee. All charges will be calculated for work in process up to that point.

Catalog & Photography

All catalogs are free of charge, up to 25 pieces. For additional catalogs, please contact factory for charges.
