		Custom made labels are available in any and all shapes. Please provide your custom shape template or art-drawing for production. Labels can be made in any and all sizes. All prices are based on Per Square Inches.

1. All prices include up to 2 colors of imprint, plus one-time $50.00A setup fee.
2. For additional colors, please add $0.02A each, plus additional $6.00A setup(s).
3. For four-color process labels, please add $0.04A each, plus one-time $60.00A setup fee.
4. This product will be shipped in sheets of 250 pcs / sheet.
5. Delivery time 3-5 days from receipt of digital art.
6. Epoxy dome finish will require additional 2-3 days.
